Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening your core muscles and thereby helping to improve your posture, flexibility and body control.
Our Pilates classes at Bale Village Hall are mat-based, adaptable for all ages and fitness levels, are 60 minutes long, and cost £10 (pay as you go) or £7.50 if you book a block.
Sessions run on Wednesday’s
10.00 to 11.00 AM

They are led by a local Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer.
You will need to bring your own mat.
