The village hall continues to be a hive of activity. Despite Millie’s absence over the past few weeks, the yoga sessions have been carrying on through the wonders of technology – although the devotees are very much looking forward to Millie’s return. The weekly Pilates sessions continue on Wednesday mornings, giving another option for keeping fit indoors during the perpetual rain that has dampened the past few months.
The Bale crafters will be meeting for another day of hard work, conversation and delicious lunch on Tuesday 14th April. There will then be a break over the summer months, re-convening later in the year.
Fish and chips evenings are Fridays 10th April and 8th May – all are most welcome, whether Bale natives or visitors from other villages but orders must be in for fish pie by the Wednesday before and for fish and chips etc by 5pm on the day.
If you are not in the village WhatsApp group, get in touch via balevillagehall@gmail.com
The Bale Oak Bar will open its doors on Fridays 24th April and 22nd May, 6.30-9.30pm.
